They don’t know how to avoid duplicate accounts for their users, deactivate inactive user accounts or, even better, delete them. Many users are also unaware that using multiple passwords for different accounts is a cyber risk and that not deleting their unused accounts can lead to data loss, misuse or worse, blackmail by successful hackers.
